The BAD Budo Kai Inc. is a charitable and educational Non Profit organization that acquires and uses grant funding to:

•  Provide the instruction of a variety of traditional Japanese/Okinawan martial arts

​

• Provide a facility, equipment and a trained instructor for participants to study with in the promotion and participation of traditional martial arts

​

​

• Provide opportunities for participants to engage in recreational and competitive martial arts tournaments

​

• Sponsor, host and/or participate in events and activities that promote traditional martial arts and volunteer work in urban communities

​

• Mentor participants academically and work with their parents to create/reinforce action-plans that improve their in-school performance

​

• Mentor participants socially and work with their parents to reinforce positive behavior and build productive and active members of their communities
